So sorry for your loss. I worked with Jimmy for several years on his travel and even though we hadn't done a trip for him for several years we always kept in touch. I last talked to him in September and he was recovering from surgery and asked that I call him in the spring. Tried to reach him today and found out about his passing. Praying for comfort for the family as you grieve. God Bless, Earl

Oh, my friend,
How I enjoyed our talks. The intellectual, philosophical depths of vast subjects - you never ran out of information tucked away in that brilliant head of yours. What a unique, wonderful friend. You will be missed, and the world has been made richer.

Mr. Pulliam was my Humanities and Speech professor at Conners 1969-71. I still remember what some of the speeches were about. Our Humanities class studied the opera "Tosca" and then attended a performance. I remember that he told our class, "If you need to be frustrated to learn, I'll frustrate you!" We were frustrated! ☺Otherwise, why do I remember so much of those classes and the gentleman who taught us? I immensely enjoyed Mr. Pulliam's playing the piano. Jim Pulliam leaves a great legacy for all of those of us left here. May God bless and comfort his family.

Jim loved you dearly . He talked about you quite often and with such pride. You enriched his and Linda's life. I hope you are doing well and continue to hold CSC in fold memory.

Mr. Pulliam, was known to me as the man who held the DHS class of '62 together, but I like to elaborate that his Dragon pride may have been what held all of DHS together.

I will always cherish the time I was blessed to spend with Brother Jim and Sister Linda Pulliam. We had some wonderful times worshipping the Lord together for many years. They were such inspiring role models for my life. Brother Jim was such a fantastic Humanities teacher, too. I look forward to seeing them again in Heaven.

I cherish the times of correspondence and talks with Jim the past few months. Although saddened by his passing, I am comforted to know that he was a man of faith with a great testimony of a walk with God. Condolences to the family. I pray for your peace.
