William Lance Sampson, 46 of Okmulgee, Oklahoma passed away on Sunday, July 25, 2021, in Bixby, Oklahoma.
William was born November 12, 1974 in Yakima, Washington. He was so many things to so many people, a husband, a father, a brother, an uncle, a friend, and an inspiration... he was the free spirit that we all long to be, with a deep love for life. He wore a smile that could light up any room and brighten any day. His creativity gave him many natural talents, his morals gave him strength of character, and his seemingly unlimited potential and passion were something to admire. He had a natural charisma that made him an impossible presence to ignore, and anywhere he went, he was a walking lesson on how to enjoy and appreciate the life around you. He touched so many lives in so many ways, and most anyone would agree, that it was a privilege to have had him in theirs. He will be as deeply and devastatingly missed, as the sun would be if it were to fall from the sky, or the moon, if it ceased to shine.
He is preceded by Father Will "Sonny" Sampson and Brother Tim Sampson
Survived by wives Terra Ward Sampson and Katirre Elena Sampson and Children Janie Lynn, William James Warren, Zaden Joshua & Shane Sampson, as well as numerous other family members and friends.
Viewing for William will be on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at Integrity Funeral Service from 2 PM till 8 PM.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 30, 2021 at 10 AM at Integrity Funeral Chapel.
Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service, 410 E. Trudgeon, Henryetta, Oklahoma.
