Roy Lee Contreras

Roy Lee Contreras, a resident of Henryetta passed away Sunday, March 1st, 2020 in Tulsa at the age of 90. He was born June 3, 1929 in the Weleetka-Graham area to John Contreras and Grace (Smith) Contreras.

He married Ruby Walters September 5th in the Weleetka-Graham area. They celebrated 50 years together before her death.

He is preceded in death by his parents, John & Grace Contreras, his wife Ruby, also by two brothers, Evert & Dan Contreras. He retired from Anchor Glass Company in Henryetta and was a member of the Dewar United Pentecostal Church.

Among survivors are his three children:
Roy G. Contreras & wife Ann of Randlett, Oklahoma;
Glenda Page & husband Jerry of Henryetta;
Sharon Deckard & husband Mike of Dewar;
Thirteen grandchildren, Travis Contreras, Justin Contreras, Kent Contreras, Kyle Contreras, Brandon VanMeter, Amber Woods, Kimberly Reinking, Alicia Dudley, Christopher Deckard, Jerry Page II, Jason Page, James Page & John Page;
Thirty-seven great-grandchildren;
Nine great-great grandchildren;
Two brothers in law, Lewis Walters of Henryetta;
Charlie Walters & wife Anita of Henryetta;
One sister in law, Anita Wilhite of Henryetta;
Also by a host of nieces, nephews, friends, church family & other relatives.

Viewing will be on Wednesday, March 4th from 4 - 8pm at Integrity Funeral Service.

Pallbearers will be Roy's grandsons, Christopher Deckard, Travis Contreras, Brandon VanMeter, Kent Contreras, Kyle Contreras, & Justin Contreras.

Services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 5th, 2020 at the Dewar United Pentecostal Church with Rev. Matthew Martin & Rev. Brian Dudley officiating. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
