Michael Shannon Gilroy

Michael Shannon Gilroy, a resident of Henryetta, passed away September 13, 2022 in Las Vegas, NM at the age of 53. He was born Friday, October 11, 1968 in Okmulgee, OK to Harvey Timmie Gilroy Sr. & Ramona (Durbin) Gilroy.

He was preceded in death by his, mother, Ramona Gilroy father, Harvey Gilroy Sr, stepmother, Gloria Gilroy, his grandmother, Hepsey Gilroy.

Mike loved spending time with his wife when he was able to be home but not near as much as he loved his grand babies. They would put a smile on his face. He enjoyed his cows and animals as well.

A resident of Wilson community his whole life with the exception of the time he was traveling for his jobs.

children; Michael Gilroy & wife Courtney of Okmulgee, Cody Gilroy and fiancé , Kindall of Durant, Colby Gilroy of Hanna, Lane Lawson & wife Shelby of Boynton, Alan Farrow & wife Dani of Henryetta, Roper Farrow & fiancé Bre of Henryetta, and Ghessica Lewis of Henryetta, grandchildren, Braxton, Waylon, Taylor, Hunter, Cody, Weston, Marosely, Madilyn, and Morgan, brother, Jody Gilroy & wife Lisa of Morris, sister, Mindy Gilroy of Arkansas, brother, Harvey (Timmie) Gilroy Jr., mother-in-law, Jeannie Mordecai of Henryetta, father-in-law, Bobby Stidman & wife Debbie of Henryetta, brother-in-law, Bobby Stidman & wife Heather of Seminole, step-sister, Brenda Buckley of Huntington Beach, California, step-brother, Shane Doyle of Austin, Texas, step-sister, Sarah Mayfield & husband Ronnie of Victoria, Texas, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Viewing will be from 5-8 PM on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at Integrity Funeral Service.

Wake services are scheduled for Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at Integrity Chapel from 6-8 PM.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Thursday, September 22, 2022 at the First Baptist Church in Henryetta with Rev. James Page, officiating. Interment will follow at the Randall Indian Baptist Church Cemetery in the Wilson Community. Services are under the care and direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
