Lance Hammack

Sidney Lance Hammack, a resident of Dewar, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2022 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 72. He was born October 29, 1949 in Henryetta, OK to Samuel Guy Hammack & Lucille (Jones) Hammack.

He was a member of the Dewar First Baptist Church. An avid OU Sooners and Dewar Sports Fan.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Lance is survived by his three sisters; Beverly McIntosh & husband Ledtkey of Norman, Diane Hester & husband Larry of Dewar, and Terri Stiver of Dewar, ten nieces & nephews, thirty three great nieces and nephews, one great-great-nephew, as well as a host of other relatives, church family and friends.

Viewing will be from 5-8 PM on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at Integrity Funeral Service.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at Dewar First Baptist Church with Rev. Ryan Wells, officiating and Matthew McIntosh and Jon Greer, assisting. Interment will follow at Westlawn Cemetery in Henryetta with Lance's nephews serving as pallbearers. Services are under the direction and care of Integrity Funeral Service.

The family has designated the Dewar Public School Foundation as an appropriate charity to donate in honor of Lance in lieu of flowers.
