Florene Pierce

Virginia Florene Pierce, a longtime resident of rural Henryetta passed away Monday, January 18th, 2021 in Henryetta at the age of 93. She was born July 1, 1927 in Glenpool to William Michael Robertson and Lucille (Kelley) Robertson. She was a member of the First Assembly of God in Henryetta. Florene was a loving mother, grandmother as well as a dear friend to many. She loved to sew and cook and do for her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Carl Pierce, a daughter, Carlotta Summers, a brother, Leon Robertson, sisters, Maxine Jefcoat, Marie Clem, Juanita Hurt, Jo Ann Rhodes, and two infant sisters, Pauline & Louise Robertson.

She is survived by a son, Mike Pierce of Henryetta;
Six grandchildren, Bronica Sims & husband Ira of Dewar;
Michael Brendan Pierce & wife Tina;
Michael Sean Summers & wife Deborah of Henryetta;
Jeffery Scott & wife Lena of Pleasanton, Texas;
Manda Beth Young of Henryetta;
Carl Joshua Pierce of Henryetta;
Fifteen great grandchildren and twenty great-great grandchildren;
Also by a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.

Viewing for Florene will be from 6-8pm Thursday, January 21st at Integrity Funeral Service.

Pallbearers will be Ira Sims, Jordan McCarroll, Joshua Pierce, Mike Summers, Jeff Summers and Mike B. Pierce.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 22, 2021 at Integrity Chapel with Rev. Rodney George officiating. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
