Mr. Eugene Vester DeVore, 82, a resident and retired Assistant Fire Chief of Henryetta, Oklahhoma, passed away Wednesday, April 27th, 2022 in Henryetta, Oklahoma. Eugene was born September 20th, 1939 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma to Easter Elizabeth (Counts) and William Vester DeVore.
Eugene is receded in death by his parents Easter and William DeVore, and younger brother, Melvin Leon "Bud" DeVore.
Those left.to cherish Eugene's memory are his son Michael DeVore of Henryetta, daughter, Babs Pollock and husband Kevin of Waynoka, Oklahoma, grandchildren: Tiffany, Tamara, Logan, Rocky DeVore and wife Miranda; great grandchildren Kevin, Marcus, Amberleigh, Madison and Ryan; sisters: Francis Blaylock, Janet and Patricia, and brother Gerald, as well as a host of other relatives and dear friends.
