Buford Crewse Obituary
Buford was born in Lawrence County Arkansas on December 12th 1935, to Clint and Deelia Mae Crewse. In 1949, at the age of 12, his family relocated to Queen Creek, AZ. He met the love of his life, Duva, in 1957 and they were married on March 1st of 1958. They made a life together is Queen Creek where Buford worked as a Cotton Ginner for 48 years. During that time they had 6 children of their own.
Buford is survived by his wife, Duva, of 63 years and 5 of his children; Penny Miller of Henryetta, Eddie Crewse and wife Diane, of Henryetta, Tonya Trujillo and husband Junior, of Henryetta, Coby Crewse and fiancé Lori, of Henryetta, Daniellie Smith and husband Chuck of Dustin. Brother Austin Crewse of Queen Creek, AZ and sister Brenda Pryor of Apache Junction, AZ. 11 grandchildren, 23 great grand children, one great great granddaughter and many nieces and nephews.
Buford is preceded in death by both of his parents, siblings Geneva, Wayne, Oatrey, Billy Ray, Kenneth Dale and Genevieve, his son Mark Anson as well as many other family and friends.
As the Patriarch of the family Buford taught us the importance of working hard, loving your family, and lending a hand to anyone in need. The countless people he has taken in over the years that he loved and treated as his own can attest to that. Buford was loved and respected by many and will be dearly missed by all. He passed from this life on Thursday, February 17, 2022.
Services will be held at Apostolic of Eufaula located at 2011 Oak Street Eufaula, Oklahoma 74432 on March 12th, 2022 at 3:00pm.
