Bonnie Lou Smith

Bonnie L. Smith, a long time resident of Dustin passed away Thursday, May 20th, 2021 in McAlester at the age of 86. She was born September 20, 1934 in Pierce, Oklahoma to Albert Ridge and Dollie (Scott) Ridge.

She married Ireland Smith on February 9th 1959. She was a member of Hanna First Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Dollie Ridge, her husband, Ireland Smith, Sr, a brother, Donald Ridge and a half brother Henry McCullar.

She is survived by three sons;
William Smith and wife Lynne of Alabaster, Alabama;
Roger Smith & wife DeRette of McAlster, Oklahoma;
Ireland Smith, Jr. and wife Sonya of Bixby, Oklahoma;
Grandchildren: Phillip Smith and Katherine Smith of Alabaster, Al. Brittiany Leak and husband Austin of Crowder, OK. Jeffrey Smith and wife Kaleigh of Kiowa, Ok. Kaleb Smith, Jakob Smith, Aleesha Smith, and Luke Smith of Bixby, Ok. And two great-grandchildren Joanie Leak and Hadlee Leak of Crowder, Ok.
A brother, Charlie Ridge and wife Patti of Hanna;
Also by nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.

Viewing for Bonnie will be from 6 - 8 pm, Monday, May 24th at Integrity Funeral Service.

Bonnie's grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 25th, 2021 at Hanna First Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Matlock officiating. Interment will follow in Hanna Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
