Norma Jane Layman, a lifetime resident of Henryetta passed away Saturday, September 14th, 2019 at the age of 80. She was born December 15th, 1938 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Robert Melvin Hale and Mary Etta (Watts) Hale.

She was a longtime member of First Grace Assembly in Henryetta.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband William Boyd Layman, Sr., Son, Robert Anthony Layman, a daughter, Clara Jean Layman, sisters Helen McCullar, Louise Reneau, and Dorothy Layman, a brother, Robert "June" Hale, son in laws, Troy S. Williams & Rick Tarkington, grandsons, James Shourd, granddaughter, Rachel Shourd, Ashley Layman & Grace Elizabeth Williams.

She is survived by:
Five children, Norma Layman of Phoenix, Arizona;
Mary Ruiz & husband Richard of Morris;
William Layman Jr. & Donna of Oklahoma City;
Donna Layman & Ron of Chesilhurst, New Jersey;
Brian Layman & Courtney of Arizona;
Son-in-law, Eulis Lemon of the home;
19 grandchildren
39 great grandchildren
19 great-great grandchildren
1 sister, Jaqueline "Audie" Hale of California;
