Jerry Clayton

Jerry (Donathan) Clayton, a lifetime resident of Henryetta passed away Sunday, June 23rd, 2019 at her home in Pleasant Valley at the age of 66. She was born December 12th, 1952 in Henryetta to Gene Donathan and Marie (Dickey) Donathan.

Jerry was a member of Dewar First Baptist Church

She is preceded in death by her parents, Gene & Marie Donathan, also by her daughter, Christie Yates, brother-in-law, Jimmy Davis, sister-in-law, Judy Donathan, niece, Shelly Davis, and nephew, Avery Moore.

Jerry is survived by her husband, Larry Clayton of the home;
Son, Eric Yates of Eufaula;
Larry Clayton, Jr. of Lyons, Kansas;
Lacy Clayton of Wichita, Kansas;
Grandchildren, Mitch Yates & wife Lindsey, Cassidy Wind & husband Anthony, Van Clayton, Alexis Peterman, & Janessa Peterman;
Two great grandchildren, Brantley Yates & Jackson Wind;
Brother, Mike Donathan of Henryetta;
Sisters, Barbara Davis of Henryetta;
Donna Wheeler & husband Jim of Pleasant Valley;
Joyce Kerchee & husband Jeff of Edmond;
Also by a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.


Viewing for Jerry will be from 4-8pm Tuesday evening with family present to greet friends from 6-8pm.

Pallbearers will be, Anthony Wind, Dean Wright, Brandon Wright, Raymond John Moore, Austen Macaluso, & Jaxen Wright. Honorary pallbearers will be Terry Evans, Jeff Kerchee, Jim Wheeler, Raymond Moore, & Mike Donathan.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 26th, 2019 at Dewar First Baptist Church with Rev. Jack Vance & Rev. Ryan Wells officiating. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
