Hiram Ray Obituary

Hiram R. Ray, a resident of rural Tahlequah passed away August 31st, 2019 in Wagoner, Oklahoma at the age of 78. He was born December 26th, 1940 in Sand Point, Idaho to Ralph Ray and Nell (Langendorf).

He married Dianna Johnson June 25th, 1999 in Cain Hill, Arkansas. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #10 in Tahlequah.

Hiram loved people and talked to everyone he met. He loved to talk. He loved hunting and fishing and loved to talk about his dogs.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Hiram is survived by his wife, Diana Ray of the home;
1 son, Danny Ray & wife Melissa of Newark, Delaware;
3 stepsons, Shane Slane & wife Sherry of Lawrence, Kansas
Wayne Slane & wife Amy of Springdale, Arkansas;
Cody Slane of Tahlequah;
4 grandchildren; 4 step grandchildren;
Also by a host of friends and other relatives.

Viewing for Hiram will be from 6 - 8pm Saturday, September 7th, and 1 - 8pm Sunday September 8th at Integrity Funeral Service.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 9th, 2019 at Integrity Chapel with Rev. Jack Vance officiating. Interment will follow in New Sonora Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
