Juanita Faye Putman Morris, a resident of Henryetta was born October 23, 1947 in Henryetta, Oklahoma to Hazel and Odie Putman. She passed away July 27, 2008 in McIntosh County at the age of 60 years 9 months and 4 days. She was preceded in death by parents, Hazel & Odie Putman, a brother Harold Putman, a granddaughter Jenny Chaffin. Juanita attended the Dewar 1st Baptist Church.
Survived by 3 sons, Chris Berry, Wetumka; Jason Berry, Wetumka; and Ronnie Joe Berry, Wetumka; 2 daughters, Tammy Joe Brooks, St. Louis, Oklahoma; and Angel Lemons, Okay, Oklahoma; 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 1 sister, Carolyn Vickery, Sand Springs, Oklahoma; 1 brother, Charles Putman, Edmond, Oklahoma; a host of friends and other relatives.
Private Graveside services are planned for a later date. Arrangements are under direction of
Shurden Funeral Home.
