Ronald Dean Scott, a resident of Bartlesville, Oklahoma passed from this life on July 21, 2017 in Bartlesville at the age of 64. Ron was born on January 1, 1953 in Claremore, Oklahoma to Edward Eugene Scott Sr. and Nettie Wesley.

Ron grew up in Weleetka, Oklahoma where he attended school and graduated from Weleetka High School. Ron played football in Junior College in Kansas and later joined the team at Northeastern Oklahoma State University in Tahlequah. Ron was a member of the New Hope Indian United Methodist Church in Dewey. He was a lifelong sports fan and loved the game of football. Ron was a loving son, brother, father and grandfather and he will be missed by the many people who knew and loved him.

Ron is preceded in death by his mother Nettie; his father, Edward; his brother, David Scott, and his nephew, Christopher Hill.

He is survived by his daughter, Jean Young of Okmulgee; two grandchildren, Rustin Young and Cydni Young; by a brother, Edward Scott Jr of Weleetka; by numerous nieces nephews, cousins, and other extended family family and many good friends.

Viewing for Ron will be held on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 from noon until 6:00pm at Integrity Funeral Service in Henryetta.

A wake service will be held on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Integrity Chapel.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Integrity Chapel. Interment will follow at Robertson Family Cemetery, near Dustin.

Pallbearers will be Scott Ray West, TJ Miller, Rustin Young, Rodney Scott, and Larry Jones.
